What is Neptune OEM?

The Neptune Township Office of Emergency Management and the Emergency Management Coordinator was created under APP. A-9-40.1, which states that “In every municipality the mayor, or commissioner responsible for disaster control shall appoint an Emergency Management Coordinator.  The duties of the Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the planning, activating, coordinating and the conduct of disaster control operations within the municipality.
